Ward Creek is a new residential community in Panama City Beach, Florida planned for approximately 1600 homesites. The community is planned to include amenities such as pools, green space and trails that connect to the area’s existing trail network. Residents of Ward Creek will be in close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, the shopping and entertainment of the Pier Park area, and the planned marina on the Intracoastal Waterway.
